Veterans Advisory Commission Public Comment Registration Form

Individuals who wish to provide public comment before the Veterans Advisory Commission may do so either in person, virtually, via telephone or by written statement. The Commission requests that you use the registration form below to indicate your interest in providing comment.

If you intend to call in, please indicate which number you will use so the Secretary may unmute the correct number during comment. Only those members of the public who wish to submit a written statement are asked to complete the open response field (paragraph box).

In-person, virtual and telephonic public comments are limited to three (3) minutes for each speaker. Written statements are no more than 600 characters in length.
