Joaquin Enriquez

Program Manager, Veteran Peer Access Network

Joaquin Enriquez is a seasoned veteran advocate professional and military veteran with more than 20 years of distinguished experience in both military and civilian leadership roles.

Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing and analyzing administrative programs, conducting quality assurance reviews, and designing process solutions to enhance forecast accuracy and compliance for both internal and external client partners.

Joaquin is an accomplished combat veteran who served with distinction as an infantryman in the U.S. Army’s 10th Mountain Division.

During his military career, he held pivotal roles as a Team Leader, Designated Marksman, and Sniper, providing critical support in the Global War on Terrorism.

Recognized for his strong organizational skills and deep knowledge of lean processing and business applications, Joaquin applies natural leadership, communication, and professional management practices to drive institutional advancement.

He has been honored with multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism, reflecting his commitment to excellence.

In his current role as the Veteran Peer Access Network (VPAN) Program Manager with the Los Angeles County Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Joaquin leads a dedicated veteran services team focused on providing essential support and resources to veterans.

With a passion for innovation, he spearheads initiatives to improve outreach and accessibility of services, working closely with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community partners to create a full-spectrum support network for veterans.
